Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total Garbage Mist doesn’t always turn on. Music never turns on ... ever. I’ve never heard it play music at all ... not even once. LEDS work, if you call a strobe light effect “working”. Can’t even turn the unit off. I have to pull the plug to turn the darn thing off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from SAVE YOUR MONEY. This product is not worth $100.00. It only last about 1-3 hours and has the WEAKEST mist I’ve ever experienced with a diffuser. I’m so unhappy with this product but I’m forcing myself to use it because who wants to waste $100.00? Ellia has failed me in the past and at this point I’ll be sure to grab a new more reasonably price diffuser from somewhere like Wal-Mart in the future

Only tiny glitch was one of the bottles of scent they provide with it I cannot open...they are child proof caps and this one appears to be adult proof as well. Small issue though I will keep trying. A truly beautiful product would make a superb gift.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I read a lot of reviews and I was convinced this was going to be a horrible product and was disappointed before it even arrived. After arrival I immediately opened and it looked at the instructions, which were totally fine and easy to read and see! Not sure what everyone is talking about. Also, the remote is super straight forward, took me about 30 seconds to figure it out and I would say you do not even need the instructions for that part. I love the music feature, so calm and relaxing, I love the changing colors, it looks so gorgeous too with the wood on top and white. I absolutely love and highly recommend this item. arrived perfect and simple to use! I would definitely buy again no doubt!! Thanks for an awesome product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Had trouble getting it started and had to call customer service but she told us to use vinegar and water and clean it out and after we did that it has been working fantastic. I love the shape of it and we are completely satisfied with it. Might want to get another one.

How many drops of essential oil go into this diffuser?

Thank you for your question. 5-7 drops of essential oil is usually the recommended, but you can add as many drops as you'd like to get the desired diffusion scent.

Can this product be used in India or does it only work with 110V?

Thank you for your question. We do not suggest the use of this product outside of the US or Canada because the product could be damaged and the warranty will be voided. The product should only be operated with the 110V.

I just got my defuser today. I was very excited but I noticed the smoke that came out from the top is so thin unlike the ones that I see in the stores. I also have to keep adding oil to smell it next to my bed. Is this normal?

Thank you for your question. Your unit may need to be cleaned. Clean the reservoir with a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar to wipe it down and run it through the unit. This will clear up anything in the unit causing it not to mist as it should.

Diffuser not emitting sesame amount of "steam" as originally did Even though everything has been wiped  Help?

Mineral buildup (or occasionally dust from the manufacturing/packing process) may be interfering with the operation of the unit. It can be cleaned with a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar. Use the solution to rinse out the reservoir and plastic lid, and use a soft bristled brush on the ultrasonic membrane to avoid damaging it. I found at Walmart some Essential Oils but they have Coconut Oil with them can they be used with the Diffusers? They are not by you so I wanted to know if they are alright to use.

We have not tested other companies' oils for use in our diffusers. We recommend that if you do choose to use their oils, make sure that you clean the diffuser regularly using the directions in the user manual.
