Rated 5 out of 5 by from I finally figured out how to operate this fancy diffuser - and I love it. But it was necessary to go online to find the instructions for operation. Why? Because the microscopic-sized text was in light turquoise on a white background. No visible to normal human beings. Also, there are no controls on this diffuser that match either the instruction booklet or the online instructions...what gives? I am only able to operate it by using the remote control, which does not have the same icons as the instructions...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I read a lot of reviews and I was convinced this was going to be a horrible product and was disappointed before it even arrived. After arrival I immediately opened and it looked at the instructions, which were totally fine and easy to read and see! Not sure what everyone is talking about. Also, the remote is super straight forward, took me about 30 seconds to figure it out and I would say you do not even need the instructions for that part. I love the music feature, so calm and relaxing, I love the changing colors, it looks so gorgeous too with the wood on top and white. I absolutely love and highly recommend this item. arrived perfect and simple to use! I would definitely buy again no doubt!! Thanks for an awesome product!!

I am using this diffuser in the bedroom.I love the size,shape,design,lights,ease of cleaning,everything!I love the changing colors,it looks so gorgeous too with the wood on top .Colors provide nice ambience in darker settings.I love the lighting options and how I can alternate between colors or set it to just one.I love the music feature,so soft,calm and relaxing.The aroma and sound makes you feel sitting in a spa.The remote is super straight forward,took me about 40seconds to figure it out and I would say didn’t need any instructions for that part.I get a lot of compliments from my friends and relatives.Highly recommend and going to buy one for my parents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I actually enjoyed every moment of unwrapping (even the box) to this beautiful diffuser. This was the 2nd diffuser I purchased (first was not Ellia), and I was blown away and impressed. I saw the model at a Bed Bed & Beyond store and immediately grabbed 1 of 2 boxes left. I fell in love with the aesthetics, and even more so with the remote to control the mist-light-sound settlings. However, the thing that absolutely sold me on it was the spa-sleep music. I love creating anything spa-like in my home, and this has been the best diffuser to do that!*Also, I love that the outside is ceramic as opposed to plastic like most other diffusers (which I personally think can be cheap looking).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I LOVS the look and the features. However, I had mine for maybe a few months before it stopped diffusing the water. And it felt like in the basin where the water goes, was overheating. I know I didn’t put hot water in, so the fact that the water is warm is concerning. I would love to replace the one I have with a new one but I don’t want to spend $100 to do it and have the potential of another dud. Too bad because I sure do love it otherwise!

Hello.  My gather diffuser has stopped working. The lights and music work and there is power but the water no longer bubbles.

We recommend cleaning the water reservoir with a 50/50 vinegar and water solution and a soft bristle brush. Pour a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water into the reservoir, then soak for five minutes. Brush reservoir walls, base, and ultrasonic membrane clean with a soft-bristle brush and rinse. NEVER touch the ultrasonic membrane with your fingers, as the natural oils in skin can damage the membrane. Clean the membrane once every two to three weeks, depending on your usage.

What battery is needed for the remote?

My diffuser has stopped working. Do you have repair service? It is a HoMedics ARM-910A. I've had it about 2 or so years.

What happens if the diffuser is still on and it empties? Is it dangerous? Does it automatically turn off when the water finishes?

Thank you for your question. The diffuser has an auto-shut off protection. When the reservoir is empty, the unit will shut off automatically.
