Love it!
I bought this diffuser in white about 2 months ago and I love it! I use it almost continuously. The only thing that I would like it to improve would be that it would have a strong stream of mist like it does when it first starts for a longer period of time. The stream tapers off fairly quickly. However I would recommend buying this diffuser to anyone. I have really enjoyed it and being able to choose the color or just let it cycle through all of the colors depending on my mood is a big plus! And I am thinking of buying a second one for my greatroom.

I have almost this exact diffuser but the intermittent mist feature requires a remote control. The one required button on the control is damaged. Haven't been able to find a replacement. Can I purchase a remote?When will this diffuser be available? TY!

I accidentally broke the ceramic part of this diffuser. The diffuser still works. Can we order a replacement ceramic cover?

Is this diffuser cordless?
Thank you for your question. The diffuser needs to be plugged into a 120 volt household outlet. The diffuser is not cordless.

Some times my diffuser don’t work, I need to disconnect it and wait a day, then it works again, do you know what it can be?

I just brought this product for my mother and I honestly do not know how to use it. Do I have to put water in it? How long do I have to charge it for?
Thank you for your questions. This unit needs to be plugged in to operate, it will not mist if its not plugged in. What you do is remove the ceramic and plastic internal cover, pour water into the base up till the max fill line, insert your essential oil, put the covers back on and it will mist. Please make sure when putting the water in that you don't exceed the max fill line.
